What is a registration email?
Following the confirmed purchase of MDA Internet, a registration email from Reed Group is sent to the subscribers email. This email contains a link to set-up a user profile and get you started.
The link in my registration email won't work. What should I do?
If clicking on the link does not take you to the MDA Internet registration page, copy and past the link into your web browser. If this too fails, send an email to support@rgl.net. A new link will be sent to you.
How do I log into the MDA Internet?
Using a browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, type in this address: www.mdainternet.com. Type your Username (not case sensitive and your Password (case sensitive) in the appropriate text boxes and click the “Login” button.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
From the MDA Internet login page, click on “Forgot your password? Click here”. A secondary screen will prompt you for your email address. Your password will be emailed to you.
I forgot my username. What should I do?
Your username is the email address used to register your subscription. If you need help with your username, send an email to support@rgl.net. You may change your email address from within MDA Internet by using the My MDA feature.
How do I change my contact information?
Once logged into MDA Internet, you may click on My MDA. From here, you may choose Edit My Profile. A window will open allowing you to edit your contact information, email address, or password. If you enter incorrect information, click reset to begin again. When you have completed your changes, click Save Changes. If required information is missing, you will be prompted to complete those fields. If changes are successful, you will receive a pop-up confirmation. Upon successful completion, close the pop up window to return to MDA Internet.

Can I share my login with my coworker?
Each MDA Internet user must have a unique account login and password to comply with the End User License Agreement (EULA). Login location ID’s are tracked and your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended, pending investigation of EULA compliance. How can I avoid a pop-up being blocked?
If you have difficulty accessing areas of the MDA Internet that require the opening of a secondary window because your system blocks pop-ups, you can temporarily disable to the pop-up blocker by holding down the control key while clicking on the link.

How do I use MDA Internet?
How do I use MDA Interent? Once logged into MDA Internet, a user guide can be viewed online or a pdf version can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. To access the user guide, click on Help, located in the upper right hand corner.
How often is the information in MDA Internet updated?
MDA Internet is a flexible database that will undergo periodic updates. Users will be notified of new content via email. Minor corrections and editing of content is completed on an ongoing basis as needed.

Are any other MDA products available?
In addition to MDA Internet, Reed Group offers a variety of formats for The Medical Disability Advisor including hard cover and CD ROM for Windows. Data integration to embed the MDA into your claims software is also available. Additionally, Reed group has teamed with the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine to deliver their Utilization Management Knowlegebase (UMK) within MDA internet, version 5. If I purchase MDA Internet online, when can I access the site?
Once payment confirmation has been received, an email will be sent with information to access MDA Internet. This process typically takes place on the day of purchase, but may be delayed for up to 24-hours. |
