Reed Group Appoints John Apholt Senior Vice President, Service Operations

WESTMINSTER, Colorado -- (December, 1, 2008) -- Reed Group (www.reedgroup.com) announced today that it has appointed John Apholt as senior vice president, Service Operations. Apholt will oversee Reed Group’s service center, implementation, service quality and data analytics functions.

Apholt brings to Reed Group more than 18 years of clinical call center and service operation experience. He has an extensive background in clinical case management, disease management, healthcare and services. He has led operations, managed nurses, and deployed metrics and tracking at LifePlans, CorSolutions, PacifiCare and Fidelity, leading to significant operational and performance improvements.
